Let us introduce you to Sebastian Chirtea, an important member of the ‘Marina Family’ who joined us in 2021 and as our Head Chef, the person ultimately responsible for the delicious food being served at the Dockyard since re-opening this year in early March. 

Seb has a passion for food, serving up healthy, tasty and imaginative dishes, using fresh local produce wherever possible and catering for a variety of dietary needs. Everything is cooked from fresh quality ingredients, pretty to look at and delicious to eat. 

We encourage Seb, who likes to meet our guests and customers and talk food, and when time allows he can be found walking around the Restaurant tables engaging with the customers, say hello and don’t hesitate to tell him what you would like to see on the menu! 

Here we will introduce our new Menus, and hope that you will want to book a table, try for yourself, and see, why we, The Dockyard Restaurant are starting to build a name where great food, great hospitality and great location by the Sea comes in one package.
